Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Ghost Claw ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What Ghost Claw Is

Ghost Claw is a desktop AI assistant overlay for Windows. It connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) using API keys that you provide. We do not provide the AI models themselves.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred with AI providers
You are responsible for how you use the App and any actions it performs on your behalf
You must not use the App for anything illegal or harmful
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App

Trial & License

Ghost Claw offers a free 7-day trial with full functionality. After the trial, a valid license key is required. License terms are covered in our License Agreement.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (AI providers, Brave Search, WhatsApp via Baileys, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ghost Claw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should review AI-generated output before acting on it, especially for actions that modify files, send messages, or execute code.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to data loss, API charges, or actions performed by the AI on your system. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access if these terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
